Instructional Courseware Design

I took a looonggg looonggg time to update my blog. I'm sorry 😅

The topic for this entry is Instructional Courseware Design. It is kind of addition for the learners to GAIN KNOWLEDGE AND make it more effective and efficient. Before designing a courseware, we need to ;

1. figure out the needs of the learner first.

means we need to know the status of the learners' current skills and knowledge and the needs of analysis can be done from syllabus, survey, survey, or public record.

2. define the learning objectives.

3. starts to create the intervention to achieve the objectives.

when doing this, we need to include Behaviouristic and Constructivist Learning Theory.




ADDIE MODEL

This is the simplest model for us to understand more about Instructional Courseware Design.

Hello guys, this week we learned about Canva. Canva is the tools for people to create or design any of images its either for your poster, blog header, and etc.  as you can see, you can choose any of the layout given before you create your design. it also gives you a lot of existing designs or ideas and you just need to edit the infos on the designs.  for example ;  I've used canva before this for my presentation or for my poster and it is convenient, handy, accessible, simple, and easily operated (what else? 😆).  it's good to learn more about canva from our lecturer on how to change the dimensions anddddddd how can we use it for our assignment later 😅 this is what i created for my short story cover:  Happy trying guys! ❤ kesuma

The Evolution of CALL

What we have learned this week is about The Evolution of CALL and there is THREE (3) phases from the past.  1. Behaviouristic CALL 2. Communicative CALL 3. Integrated CALL ______________________________________________________________ 1. BEHAVIOURISTIC CALL was implemented in 1960's and it is involved repetitive drills and practice and it is called as Programmed Instruction. The repetition of drills are capable to motivate students to not give up until they reach to the next level. Behaviouristic is often used as Audio-lingual method practice. By using computer, it is much easier to do exercises and it helps teachers from 'repeating' because computers doesn't know the meaning of tired and the pronunciation is more clearly and accurate.  Somehow, the repetitive drills towards students might causing them to be bored and killed their enthusiasm to study.  _______________________________________________________________ ...
